Play Premier Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Play Premier, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

Registered Play Premier accounts are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. This applies to all registered account holders, including hosts, registered performers, venue owners, organization administrators, league administrators, business accounts, and platform administrators.

Individuals under 18 may not create registered accounts. Minors may participate in eligible events only as Guest Participants when an adult Host or Organization creates and supervises the event, and only where permitted by applicable law and the responsible adult.

2. Platform Role

Play Premier is a technology platform that facilitates event discovery, organization, participation, scoring, and engagement. Play Premier is not the organizer, employer, venue operator, promoter, sponsor, insurer, security provider, or guarantor of any event unless expressly stated in writing.

Play Premier is not responsible for the conduct, actions, behavior, statements, safety, or experiences of users, venues, organizations, hosts, performers, attendees, advertisers, sponsors, or other third parties.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your conduct and interactions
• Your transportation and personal safety
• Your communications and purchases
• Compliance with venue rules and event-specific requirements
• Compliance with all applicable laws

Participation in any event is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in events and interactions with other users involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: meeting strangers, public gatherings, competitions, travel, injury, theft, property damage, emotional distress, misconduct by others, venue-related hazards, and other unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume these risks.

5. No Guarantees

Play Premier makes no guarantees regarding safety, user conduct, venue quality, event quality, attendance, business success, networking, friendships, employment opportunities, competition outcomes, prizes, or platform availability. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Premier and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, vendors, and partners are not liable for damages arising from bad actors, user misconduct, criminal activity, fraud, harassment, assault, user disputes, venue conditions, event cancellations, lost property, personal injury, emotional distress, third-party conduct, technical failures, platform interruptions, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Play Premier from any claims arising from your interactions with users, hosts, performers, organizations, venues, attendees, Guest Participants, advertisers, sponsors, and other third parties.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Play Premier from and against any claims arising from your use of the platform, your conduct, your user-generated content, events you host, your violation of law, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to supervise minors where applicable.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in: harassment, threats, discrimination, vote manipulation, fake accounts, fraud, cheating, illegal conduct, dangerous conduct, misrepresentation of age, or infringing or unlawful content. Play Premier reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Play Premier name, branding, logos, trademarks, software, code, AI systems, league structures, voting systems, scoring systems, leaderboards, platform design, and documentation are owned by Play Premier and protected by law.

You retain ownership of content you upload while granting Play Premier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and promote such content as necessary to operate the platform.

11. AI Features

AI-generated recommendations, summaries, rankings, and suggestions are informational only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice.

12. Payments

Where applicable, terms governing subscriptions, fees, taxes, refunds, promotional credits, chargebacks, third-party payment processors, and automatic renewals apply. Payments may be processed by third parties subject to their own terms.

13. Account Suspension

Play Premier reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, manipulation, illegal activity, repeated complaints, payment issues, or conduct that threatens the platform or community.

14. Dispute Resolution

The following are placeholders to be finalized by legal counsel: governing law; arbitration; venue; class-action waiver; informal dispute resolution; and small-claims exceptions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may require you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.
