Age Verification — What We Do NOT Store

To register, you enter your date of birth solely to verify that you are at least 18 years old. We validate your age immediately and then discard the full date of birth. We do not permanently store your full date of birth.

We store only age-verification metadata:

• Age verification status
• Age verification timestamp
• Verification method (date of birth)
• Age bracket only (18–20, 21–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, 65+)

Age verification information is never publicly exposed.

Acceptance Records

When you accept our policies, we keep an immutable record for auditing that may include:

• User ID and organization ID (if applicable)
• Account type
• The policy and version accepted
• Acceptance timestamp
• IP address (where legally permitted)
• Browser/device metadata

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Play Premier, we may collect your name or display name, email address, profile details you choose to add, and content you upload.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the platform, verify eligibility, provide events and scoring, communicate with you, maintain safety and integrity, and comply with law.

Guest Participants

Guest Participants join a single event without creating an account and do not receive persistent profiles. We collect only what is necessary to run that event.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform, and as required by law.

Your Choices

You may access or update your profile information, and contact us with privacy questions. Where required by law, additional rights may apply.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement.
