Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Play Premier infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

The designated agent, counter-notice process, and repeat-infringer policy are placeholders to be finalized by legal counsel consistent with applicable law.

Removal & Repeat Infringers

We may remove content in response to valid notices and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
